Please include it with the items you would like to return. This way we can reimburse your original purchase price. Please provide us with as much information as you can about your purchase, so that we can locate a record of your purchase. To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly we require a receipt or may decline a return or exchange, including:

• We can't accept items for return that were not purchased directly from Perago (such as items purchased at retail, thrift stores, Ebay, Craigslist, online sellers or garage sales).  For those purchases, please contact the place where purchased.

• If an item does not have it's undamaged original packaging, owner's manual, or is missing parts or has been broken.

• accessories, including SaniScrub Disposable Replacement Pads, cannot be returned unless the package is sealed and has been unused.  

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied on your purchase from www.myperago.com. If you are not fully satisfied with a product you have directly purchased from us, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling and any restocking fees).  Perago will refund the purchase price only.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise the 30 day money back guarantee by following the instructions below:

Unless otherwise stated, any purchase made directly from Perago Group LLC, online may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product purchase for a full refund of the product.  This offer does not extend to any retail or other purchases.

How To Return An Item:
1. Contact Perago customer service department at customer.myperago@gmail.com and provide a copy of the receipt. Your will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) document/number to return the product within 30 days of receipt.
2. Mail your returned item in its original package, including owner’s manual and accessories. (place in separate shipping box to avoid re-boxing fees) Include the original receipt and a signed RMA document stating your full name, telephone number, address, RMA # and the reason for the return.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.  Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on products.

Limit one refund per name, household, or address. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraudulent and may result in prosecution. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. Money Back Guarantee is not valid on any Perago SaniScrub Replacement Pads or accessories. Refund is limited to the purchase price and excludes taxes and any incidental or consequential damages, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. If valid original dated receipt is not included in the request for refund, your refund will not be issued.  Proof of purchase must be obtained from product purchased by you. No requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will be honored. We will not honor incomplete submissions.  Fraudulent submission including use of multiple addresses to obtain additional refund may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 U.S. Code, Section 1342). Not responsible for lost, late, or undelivered submissions.

Additionally, we cannot provide refund payments for purchases made through PayPal.  Refunds for purchases made through PayPal will be made either through credit card refund or bank check.  Receipt of the refund may be delayed.  Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain further PayPal refund assistance.

Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to include a 10% restocking fee, which would be deducted from your refund. We can not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
