PERAGO® ONE YEAR limited WARRANTY

Perago Group, LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase, when utilized for normal household use.  However Perago Group, LLC’s liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

WHAT DOES IT COVER?
If your appliance fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period we will provide you with a reasonably similar replacement product that is either new or factory refurbished at our discretion.

HOW DO YOU GET SERVICE?
Save your receipt as proof of the date of sale.  In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of manufacture.  Contact our customer service department at contact.myperago@gmail.com and request a Return Authorization Number.  If the appliance is found to be defective in material or workmanship, Perago Group, LLC. will repair or replace it free of charge.  Proof of purchase date and $12.95 to cover the cost of return shipping and handling must be included.

Non-durable parts including, without limitation, filters, brushes, pads and electrical parts which normally require replacement are specifically excluded from warranty.

IMPORTANT: When returning product carefully pack product to avoid damage in shipping. Be sure to include receipt, proof of purchase date, Return Authorization Number and  name, complete address and phone number.  We recommend you insure the package (as damage in shipping is not covered by your warranty). Mark the outside of your package “ATTENTION CUSTOMER SERVICE”.
